How myself involved with middle eastern cuisine? I use to work as a general manager Amarican chain store Wendys which was located heart of downtown. Because Of COVID restaurant totally shutdown . Since then seating at home getting bored frustrated. Because I love to work love to see peoples , one day my wife asks me ,you have experience why don’t you open your own restaurant? Which encourages me to take action.
I started spoke about it with my long time coworker Mukit and long time family friend Mashuk who already owns shawarma restaurant. First Mashuk let us know .Queen street there is one Syrian guy great middle eastern chef Akram Khalid selling his restaurant. Then we approach to Akram with our offer . Offer was like that . If you trained us all of your secret recipe then we will take over your business . He agreed . Then he trained us about one month . Here we are now . Don’t know how good are we ?that’s leave up to our guest.
